Improving Children’s Medical Experience in China: Analysis of Future Perspective on the Outpatient Department

The Chinese government introduced the universal two-child policy since 2016, in order  to reverse the aging population, and shrinking workforce which caused by the one child policy. The two child policy allows and encourages all couples to have two  children. However, the policy contributes to an extra 5.4 million births which exceed  expectation of the original plan. In recent years, with more and more pediatric patients,  the children’s hospital is facing great pressure and challenge.
