What is a cost-effective and optimal classroom design for low-income communities? The classroom setting is complicated by the demand to prepare children for careers in  the modern technical world. But this complication is compounded by poverty. The United States poverty guidelines as of January 15, 2020 for a household of four, is an income of $26,200 (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services).
