The Re-purposing of Shopping Centers in Decline as a Community for Aging-in-place
This capstone thesis investigates how large-scale mercantile buildings, such as shopping centers and plazas, can be re-purposed for aging-in-place communities to create a sense of belonging and well-being for residents.
