Connecting in a Digital World: The Effects of Technology on Human Interaction

Why are we choosing technology over human interaction? We live in a world that is  constantly evolving and moving towards a completely digital society. Every day the  human race is losing touch of the physical world and gearing towards the world of  screens. The interactions that were taking place in public spaces have now been  replaced with virtual connections. As technology is evolving, the design of our public  spaces need to be adjusted in order to diminish the lack of communication that we  face. The built environment has to be designed in such a way that can give us the  opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and others.
